Reservation and deposit

  • Upon completion of the registration form, participants will receive a confirmation e-mail regarding the payment.
  • Participants have to make minimum 50% of the total course fee as deposit money to secure the place on the selected course.
  • The remaining balance will be due 10 days prior to the scheduled date of the course. The participant will then receive a notification via e-mail or other selected communication means to complete the due amount within 03 days upon receiving the notification or 07 days prior to the course.
  • If any participant is failed to make the due payment withing the given tenure the deposit is non-refundable, however, it can be transferred to another scheduled course or another participant. This transfer can only be made once.
  • Seats are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Refund policy and cancellation of courses

  • Endo Zone Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course with prior notice.
  • In case, if we have not reached the minimum number of participants needed on each scheduled course or if a course is cancelled by Endo Zone Academy, we will refund 100% of the paid course fee or transfer it to another scheduled course, as decided by Endo Zone Academy.
  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, partial attendance or withdrawal by the participant.
  • Refund processing (if applicable) may take 15-30 working days.

Others

  • Course access, schedules, and confirmation details are delivered digitally via email/SMS.
  • Physical attendance is required for hands-on courses at the designated venue.
  • Course schedules, mentors, and content may be modified if required due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the course.
  • Certificates will be provided either on-site or digitally, depending on the course structure.
  • Any misuse of course materials, recordings, or intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
  • The use of photos/videos taken during the event for Endo Zone Academy’s social media and promotional purposes.
